By purchasing or downloading any product from skills.jtit.nl, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
skills.jtit.nl sells digital products including Claude Code skill bundles and N8n workflow templates ("Products"). All Products are delivered digitally via download link after purchase.
Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Products for your own projects — commercial or personal. You may install the Products on any number of machines you personally use.

All prices are listed in euros (€) and are one-time payments unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, who also handles VAT compliance for EU customers. You will receive a VAT invoice from Lemon Squeezy upon purchase.
Products are delivered digitally via email immediately after payment confirmation. If you do not receive your download link within 15 minutes, please contact jeffrey@jtit.nl.
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a download link has been delivered. If you experience a technical issue with your download, contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without first contacting us may result in permanent access revocation.
Products that include "version updates for 1 year" will receive free updates for 12 months from the date of purchase. Updates are delivered via email to the address used at checkout. Lifetime update products receive updates indefinitely.
Products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Products will meet your specific requirements or that they will be error-free. Results depend on how you implement and use the Products.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, skills.jtit.nl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product in question.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
